These terms govern bookings made on this website, operated by an independent ticket reseller ("we", "this website"). By completing a booking you accept these terms.

1. Who we are — and who we are not

This website is not the official teamLab Planets TOKYO website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to teamLab, DMM.com, or any official ticket outlet. The official website is teamlabplanets.dmm.com. We resell admission tickets and provide booking assistance; prices shown on this website may differ from the official face value.

2. Tickets

Tickets are valid only for the date and, where applicable, the time slot selected at booking. Entry to the venue is subject to the venue's own terms and conditions, which you must also comply with.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once it is accepted by us and a booking reference is issued. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing or availability errors; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Japanese yen (JPY) and include our service margin. The total is displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy forms part of these terms.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for the venue's operations, closures, schedule changes, or refusal of entry under the venue's own rules. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
