Refund Policy

This website is operated by an independent ticket reseller. The refund terms below apply to bookings made on this website.

Cancellation by you

Tickets are dated and time-specific. As a rule, confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. Where the official venue's own terms allow a date change, we will pass that possibility on to you and assist with the change.

Closure or cancellation by the venue

If teamLab Planets TOKYO closes or cancels your time slot, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid for the affected tickets.

Non-delivery

If you do not receive your booking confirmation within one hour of completing your order, contact us — see the contact page — and we will reissue it or refund you in full.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
